Q: Is aquarium & preserve access included with my stay?
A: Yes — all guests receive unlimited after-hours access to the Houston Interactive Aquarium & Animal Preserve for the duration of their stay, including private viewing sessions not available to the general public.
Q: What is the minimum stay requirement?
A: We require a minimum of 2 nights on weekdays and 3 nights on weekends (Friday–Sunday). Holiday periods may require a longer minimum stay.
Q: Are children welcome?
A: Absolutely. Families are warmly welcomed. Children under 3 stay free. We recommend our Garden Suites and Studio Rooms for families with young children.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the first night's rate. No-shows are charged in full.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: To protect the health and safety of our resident animals, personal pets are not permitted in any of our suites.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
